Cut List Optimizer

List every sheet size you have available (full sheets you'd buy, plus any leftover offcuts) — the optimizer draws from this whole pool. Leave Qty on Hand blank for "buy as many as needed"; enter a number for stock you already own (offcuts, remnants) so it gets used up first. One kerf applies to every cut in the project. Dimensions accept decimals or fractions, e.g. 48, 48.5, or 48 1/2. Thickness is used for board-foot tracking.

Just list what you need to cut — the optimizer assigns each piece to whichever sheet in your stock list minimizes total sheets, waste, and cuts. "Band W/L edges" = how many of that piece's width-direction / length-direction edges get edge banding (0, 1, or 2).
